Anchored Performance was built with intention.

We’re Colton and Jenna — a husband-and-wife coaching team with over a decade of experience helping people train safely, consistently, and with confidence. After years spent coaching in every type of gym environment imaginable, we knew we wanted to create something different. Not bigger, not louder, just better.

We believe training should feel focused, personal, and supportive — not rushed or chaotic. That belief is what led us to create a quiet, appointment-based training environment designed around one client per hour.

By keeping our client list intentionally small, we’re able to provide the level of attention, care, and consistency that long-term health actually requires.

This isn’t about chasing extremes. It’s about building strength, resilience, and confidence that lasts. Built on Experience — Guided by Longevity.

Both of us hold degrees in Kinesiology and have spent 12–15 years coaching clients of all backgrounds and experience levels. Over time, one thing became clear: the most meaningful results come from sustainable training — not quick fixes.

We are not a bodybuilding or competitive weightlifting facility, and we’re not built for high-volume or budget training. Our clients choose us because they’re looking for something more intentional.

While our in-person availability is limited, our online training is a core part of what we offer — allowing clients to train with our guidance from anywhere, while still receiving the same thoughtful programming and coaching support.

Whether training in our private gym or on your own schedule, our goal is the same: to help you move well, feel strong, and stay consistent for the long run.
